Preporučuje se za: Oboljenja i oštećenja lokomotornog sistema, reumatska degenerativna i zapaljenska obljenja kicmenog stuba i zglobova, posttraumatska stanja, oboljenja izazvana vibracijom, hronična oboljenja respiratornog sistema, oboljenja perifernih krvih sudova i perifernog nervnog sistema i posledica oštećenja centralnog nervnog sistema vaskularnog porekla. Prirodni lekoviti faktori: Hipertermalna (temperatura 50°C) alkalno-murijatična ugljeno-kisela mineralna voda "Selters" koja se koristi pijenjem, kupanjem i inhaliranjem. Voda se koristi u lečenju još od 1908. godine, a kao prirodno lekovito sredstvo nagrađena je u Briselu 1906. i Londonu 1907. godine. Između dva rata bila je oficijelna po našoj, francuskoj i nemackoj farmakopeji i prodvala se u apotekama. Načini lečenja: Vode "Selters Banje" koriste se za piće i za kupanje uz primenu savremenih terapijskih metoda. Prirodne vrednosti u okolini: Banju okružuje park površine 18 ha sa cetinarskom šumom pogodan za šetnje i odmor. U neposrednoj blizini banje su planine Kosmaj, Avala, Bukulja, zatim Markovačko jezero i Bukovička Banja. Kulturno-istorijski spomenici u okolini: U blizini ove banje je manastir Pavlovac, zatim zadužbinski kompleks u Topoli i na Oplencu, a na svega 45 km udaljenosti je i grad Beograd.
SELTERS SPA LOCATION, CLIMATE, TRAFFIC LINKS Selters Spa is 1 km away from Mladenovac, 46 km away from Belgrade, at the foot of Mount Kosmaj (136 m above sea level). The climate of the spa is moderate continental, with a lot of sunny days throughout the year and dominant winds from Mounts Kosmaj, Bukulja and Vencac. You can reach Selters by the Belgrade-Nis motorway and the Belgrade-Nis railway. Natural curative factors Hyper-thermal alkaline-muriatic carbo-acidic mineral water "Selters", with a temperature of 50 degrees Celsius, which is used in drinking, bathing and inhalation. The water has been used in medical treatment since 1908, and as a natural healing aid it was rewarded in Brussels in 1906, and in London in 1907. Between the two World Wars it was officially sold in Serbian, French and German pharmacies. Medical indications Loco-motor system illnesses and damages, rheumatic degenerative and inflammatory illnesses of the spine and joints, post-traumatic states, illnesses caused by vibration, chronic diseases of the respiratory system, diseases of the peripheral blood vessels, diseases of the peripheral nervous system and consequences of central nervous system damages caused by vascular perturbance. Treatment The waters of Selters Spa are used for drinking and bathing, using the most contemporary therapeutical methods. Cultural, entertainment, sports and recreative programmes Selters Spa is surrounded by a park covering an area of 18 hectares, with evergreen woods very suitable for walking and relaxation. In the near vicinity there is Mount Kosmaj (890 m), Oplenac, Bukovicka Spa, Markovacko lake, Mount Avala, the Pavlovac monastery.
