Preporučuje se za: Oboljenja koštano-mišićnog sistema, išijas, lumbago, stomačna oboljenja i bolesti creva, bolesti bubrega i mokraćnih puteva, pesak u mokraćnim kanalima, stanja posle razbijanja ili hirurškog odstranjenja kamena, upale mokraćnih puteva i bolesti jetre, žučnih puteva i pankreasa, ginekološka oboljenja, zapaljive procese i izvesne oblike steriliteta, plućne bolesti, neuroze, blaže i srednje oblike šećerne bolesti, konjuktiviti. Prirodni lekoviti faktori: Banja ima mineralne vode temperature od 32°C do 72°C, kojih ima 18 na dužini od 800 m, a svi su različitog fizičko-hemijskog sastava i temperature. Postoji i radioaktivno-sumporovito blato. U banji postoji gejzer tople vode čiji vodeni stub dostiže visinu do 8 m i povremeni gejzer koji eruptira na svakih 10 minuta – dva jedinstvena gejzera u Evropi. Načini lečenja: Lečenje se obavlja u Zavodu za specijalizovanu rehabilitaciju "Gejzer" (medicinski blok sa najsavremenijom medicinskom opremom za hidroterapiju, terapiju blatom, elektroterapiju, kinezi terapiju, inhalaciju i tople kure lekovitom vodom). Prirodne vrednosti u okolini: Sijarinska Banja je smeštena u dolini reke Jablanice u podnožju planine Goljak, okružena gustom hrastovom i bukovom šumom, koja pokriva 50 km2 okoline, pa je zaštićena od jačih vetrova, a magla u ovom području nije zabeležena. Okolina banje je pogodna za lov, a na reci Jablanici je moguć sportski ribolov. Kulturno-istorijski spomenici u okolini: U neposrednoj blizini banje se nalaze ostaci Caričinog grada Justiniana Prima iz ranovizantijskog perioda. Sportsko-rekreativni sadržaji: Gostima stoji na raspolaganju zatvoren bazen i veliki broj terena za male sportove.
SIJARINSKA SPA LOCATION, CLIMATE, TRAFFIC LINKS Sijarinska Spa is in the south of Serbia. It is 330 km away from Belgrade, 90 km away from Nis and 50 km away from Leskovac. It is located on the banks of the Jablanica river, at the foot of Mount Goljak, at 520 m above sea level. It is surrounded by hills with thick oak and beech woods, covering some 50 square kilometres of the surrounding area, therefore the spa is protected from winds, and no documented apparition of fog was ever made. Natural curative factors The spa has 18 mineral water springs, spersed along the length of an 800 m long area, with temperatures ranging from 32 to 72 degrees Celsius and various physical and chemical compounds. There is also a radioactive-sulphurous mud. In the spa there is a hot water geyser whose water column reaches the height of 8 metres, and a periodical geyser which erupts every ten minutes – these two geysers are considered as unique in Europe. Medical indications Diseases of the bone and muscular systems, sciatica, lumbago, stomach and intestinal diseases, kidney and urinary tract diseases, sand in urinary canals, conditions after surgically removing or destroying kidney stones, inflammation of the urinary tract, liver, biliary and pancreatic diseases, gynecological illnesses, inflammatory processes and certain forms of sterility, lung diseases, neuroses, milder forms of diabetes, conjuctivites. Treatment Treatment is provided by the Institute for specialized rehabilitation "Gejzer" (a medical block with the most modern medical equipment for hydro-therapy, mud therapy, electro-therapy, kinesi-therapy, inhalation and warm cures with curative waters). Cultural, entertainment, sports and recreative programmes The vicinity of the spa is suitable for hunting, and the Jablanica river is suitable for sports fishing. In the near vicinity of the spa there are the reamins of the Tzarina town, Iustiniana Prima from the early Byzantine period. The guests have an indoor swimming pool and sports courts at their disposal.
